These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the EZwebdeals website (ezwebdeals.com) and any services provided by EZwebdeals ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the website

You may use our website to learn about our services, request information, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site — including by attempting to access non-public areas, scraping content at scale, or interfering with its operation.

2. Services and quotes

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written quote or project agreement. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

3. Payment terms

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

• Project work: 50% deposit to start, 50% on launch.
• Larger projects: split into 3 milestones (kickoff, design approval, launch).
• Monthly care plans: billed in advance, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may pause work and accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Client responsibilities

To keep projects on track, you agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals. We may pause timelines when client deliverables are pending; we won't charge for the time we're waiting on you.

5. Ownership and IP

Upon full payment, you own the final design, content, and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

We may use pre-existing tools, code libraries, and frameworks in your project. These remain under their original licenses.

6. Third-party services

Our work often involves third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, email, analytics, payment processors). Their terms govern your use of them. We're not responsible for changes in their pricing, features, or availability.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue results — though we do our best to earn them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate, you pay for work completed to date. We deliver any completed work product. Care plans can be canceled with 30 days' notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EZwebdeals operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
